Casa Ulivi

Near San Vito dei Normanni, Puglia, Italy

Spacious apartment, sleeping 4 to 5 guests, with shared swimming pool (15x7m)

Set among oak woodland and the olive groves from which the apartment takes its name, Casa Ulivi is a wonderful place to stay and a great base from which to discover the region's treasures.

Set in an ancient estate which has a number of highly individual holiday properties available for rent within its regal confines this is an ideal place for a family holiday.

The estate includes 150 acres of olive grove, pasture and oak woodland and is situated only 12km from the Adriatic Coast and its marvellous beaches and coves.

Part of a larger group of farm buildings known as a masseria, this estate dates from the fifteenth century and is particularly beautiful. It has a medieval tower with superb views overlooking the surrounding countryside and an enchanting and treasured architecture at every turn.

The oldest buildings are 500 years old but the estate has been added to over the centuries, giving it a truly rare arichitectural diversity and richness.

Close by are the interesting towns of Ostuni, known as the White City due to its dazzling white buildings, and the larger sea port of Brindisi.
